Swagelok Central UK Training Services terms and conditions

Cancellation or postponement must be made in writing to training@swagelokcentral.co.uk

Failure to attend without notice 100% of course fee will be charged.

Upon cancellation within 28 days before the date of the training (not including the date of the training course) 35% of the course fee will be charged, or an alternative date may be offered subject to availability.

Upon cancellation within 14 days before the date of the training (not including the date of the training course) 50% of the course fee will be charged, or an alternative date may be offered subject to availability.

Upon cancellation within 7 days before the date of the training (not including the date of the training course) 100% of the course fee will be charged, or an alternative date may be offered subject to availability.
